Wayne is the Chief Regulatory, Risk and Compliance Officer at Rawlinson & Hunter in the Cayman Islands, where he leads the firm’s Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance practice. He provides strategic oversight and technical leadership in the delivery of internal audit and anti-money laundering (AML) services across a broad range of regulated entities and industries and serves as Chief Audit Executive on client engagements.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Wayne brings deep regional and international expertise. His career spans senior roles with one of the Cayman Islands’ leading banking and fund administration service providers, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, and more than a decade with a Big Four professional services firm across Barbados, The Bahamas, and the Cayman Islands, delivering audit, assurance, and advisory services to local, regional, and global clients.

Wayne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and holds the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) designations.

Wayne is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS), and Certified Cryptoasset Anti-Financial Crime Specialist (CCAS). He is a member of the Cayman Chapter of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) and the Cayman Islands Compliance Association (CICA).

Galajo is the Head of Compliance and Regulatory Services at Collas Crill Corporate Services (CCCS) with over 15 years of experience in regulatory and financial crime compliance. He has worked in first, second and third line compliance roles across the financial services industry, both in the UK and abroad. Prior to joining CCCS, Galajo worked as an independent compliance consultant and director focused on supporting global financial services providers, including global banks, wealth managers, payments institutions, trust and corporate services providers, to meet their legal and regulatory obligations, as well as their compliance requirements. Prior to that Galajo was an associate director with Guidehouse Europe, a global consultancy firm focused on financial services, energy and live sciences sectors. Within this role he was responsible for business development, as well as the technical delivery of expert services to regulators and client firms. He also led skilled persons reviews for the UK FCA, designed, implemented, reviewed and uplifted financial crime compliance programmes, and provided compliance advisory to regulated firms. Galajo also worked as an MLRO and head of compliance for Butterfield Bank, a large offshore bank, as well as a compliance audit manager at HSBC, one of the world's largest banks. Galajo served in forensic compliance with KPMG, following roles as an accountant and external auditor. Galajo holds a Master's Degree in International Accounting and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist.

Kieran Beer is chief analyst and director of editorial content with responsibility for ACAMS moneylaundering.com, ACAMS Today and content for many ACAMS conferences and other programs. Prior to joining ACAMS in 2006, he was executive editor of Bloomberg Wealth Manager, an award winning investment and financial planning magazine, and he also served as a staff writer for Bloomberg Markets Magazine.

Kieran has been a financial journalist for more than 25 years, beginning his career at Institutional Investor. He subsequently served as editor-in-chief of The Bond Buyer, founding editor of Thomson Municipal Market Monitor, and editor at the American Banker.

Kieran speaks regularly at industry conferences, has appeared on CNBC and Sky News, and has been heard on WBBR and NPR. He writes two columns on anti-financial crime issues and is the host of “Financial Crime Matters,” a podcast series, as well ACAMS videocasts on YouTube.

Micah Coleman is a Product Development Specialist at Cayman Finance, where she supports initiatives to strengthen the Cayman Islands’ financial services industry and enhance its long-term competitiveness. She works closely with government, industry and members to develop practical, evidence-based solutions across legislation, regulation and operational frameworks.

Prior to this, Micah served as a Senior Regulatory Advisor with the Cayman Islands Ministry of Financial Services, leading policy and legislative reforms across beneficial ownership, transparency and core financial services frameworks. She also contributed to jurisdiction-wide efforts supporting the Cayman Islands’ removal from the FATF and EU lists.

Earlier in her career, Micah worked in the United Kingdom with the Serious Fraud Office, National Crime Agency and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, focusing on financial crime compliance, enforcement and policy.

Micah holds LLB and LLM degrees and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS).

Sam is the Anti-Financial Crime and Sanctions Research Lead at ACAMS, responsible for driving research across the breadth of global financial crime risks. His role includes co-authoring and leading the data analysis behind ACAMS flagship annual Global AFC Threats Report, as well as other research initiatives. Sam also delivers sanctions masterclasses and webinars, including the monthly sanctions watch series, and regularly speaks at conferences, helping institutions strengthen their AFC and sanctions controls and capabilities.

Prior to ACAMS, Sam worked on the Sanctions Policy team at UK Finance - the trade association for the UK banking sector, as well as at NATO’s Center of Excellence for Defence Against Terrorism.

Sandra is an Attorney-at-Law and the Head of the Compliance & Reporting Services for Mourant Governance Services in the Cayman Islands.  In this role Sandra provides AML and AEOI Reporting as well as Compliance Officer services to Cayman Islands entities.

Sandra was previously legal counsel with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority before joining Walkers Global Law Firm.  While at Walkers she held numerous positions including Head of Compliance with responsibility for the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and Bermuda offices.   She also advised clients in her role as a regulatory lawyer and was instrumental in the set up and launch of the AML Officer services business line.

Sandra has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience from all aspects of the AML/Compliance function.

She is the immediate past president of the Cayman Islands Compliance Association, chair of the AML Steering Group of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association, member and former chair of the Caribbean Regional Compliance Association. She was the legal assessor for the Caribbean Financial Action Task Force - British Virgin Islands Third Round Mutual Evaluation. Sandra also guest lectures on AML at the Truman Bodden Law School and sits on various working groups representing the Compliance Association.

Paula Ferguson was appointed to the role of Senior Manager, Compliance & AML/ATF for Scotiabank and Trust (Cayman) Limited in May 2022. She was subsequently appointed by the Board of Directors and approved by the regulator for the following statutory roles:

Paula currently leads the Cayman Compliance team and provides oversight and supervision of the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program, which includes the management of all AML and compliance related risks. Chief among her responsibilities is the development and implementation of the unit’s strategic initiatives in tandem with the global compliance program objectives as well as regulatory obligations. She is a seasoned compliance and risk management professional with over 23 years’ experience in the financial services sector where she held several leadership roles and developed and implemented regulatory compliance and AML strategies. Her previous experience includes Group Chief Compliance and Risk Officer with Jamaica National Group and Director/Senior Examiner-In-Charge with the Jamaican financial services industry regulator (Bank of Jamaica). Paula holds a BSc Accounting (Hons) and MSc Accounting (Dist.) from the University of West Indies (Mona). She is a Chartered Accountant (FCCA) & a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Pamela is the Director of the Cyber Security Office within the Cayman Islands Government’s Ministry of Investment, Innovation & Social Development. 

Pamela’s role has been instrumental in maintaining global trust in the Cayman Islands' digital economy. She plays a leading role in national cyber security, overseeing initiatives to protect government systems, implementing standard operating procedures for digital security as well as fostering local collaboration.

Pamela is a certified expert, a respected leader and trusted advisor in the cyber security field, with over 30 years' experience covering Strategy, Audit, Risk Management, Security Operations Centre, Incident Response, Digital Transformation and Governance.

Ms. Isabel Gumeyi is the Head of CIMA's Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) and FinTech Innovation Unit. She leads the design and implementation of regulatory frameworks for virtual assets and FinTech, ensuring compliance with the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) Act and related laws, and fostering a secure, transparent market for blockchain and digital assets in the Cayman Islands. She is the current co-chair of the Cayman Islands National Risk Assessment virtual assets vulnerabilities working group.

Ms. Gumeyi joined CIMA in 2024 after serving as a Director at PwC Cayman Island's Risk Assurance and Advisory Services, specializing in IT governance, risk management, compliance, technology audit and advisory. With 20+ years' experience across the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and Zimbabwe, she has audited and advised companies in diverse industries and multiple jurisdictions including , Europe and United States with a focus on areas such as risk management, IT assurance, cybersecurity, digital assets and blockchain. She holds an MSc in Digital Currencies (University of Nicosia) and a BBA in Computer Management Information Systems (Solusi University). Ms. Gumeyi is an Accredited Director and holds various certifications including CISA,CISM and PMP and is a previous contributor to the Cayman Finance Innovation Lab and the Institute of Internal Auditors Cayman Islands chapter (past President & past Board of Governors of IIA Cayman Islands Chapter). She frequently speaks on virtual asset regulatory best practices as well as on leadership and coaching.

Jason Honeycutt is a Texas licensed attorney and a board certified criminal law specialist. He holds both the AML (CAMS) and Advanced AML (CAMS-Audit) Certifications issued by ACAMS. He is a former chair of two Texas Bar Association committees: Minimum Continuing Legal Education and Advertising Review.  He now serves on the Texas Lawyer’s Assistance Program Committee. His legal experience includes State prosecutor, Federal prosecutor (United States Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas), and as a private practitioner of law in civil litigation and criminal defense work. His trial experience as a State prosecutor ranges up to murder, including numerous white collar criminal matters and drug cases. His federal prosecutorial experience on the U.S.-Mexico border includes public corruption, drug trafficking, and money laundering. He was involved in thousands of criminal cases while acting as a prosecutor.  As an AML/BSA/OFAC Officer, Jason has implemented complete program overhauls of two financial institutions.  Jason’s AML programs have received a total of 3 FinCEN Awards.
