ACAMS Houston Chapter May 2026 Virtual Event: Human trafficking, illicit massage businesses, and other risk factors related to the World Cup and other major events

Kenneth Call is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) with nearly two decades of progressive leadership experience across BSA/AML, sanctions, and anti-bribery/corruption compliance. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at Stellar Bank, where he oversees key functions that safeguard the organization’s financial integrity and regulatory compliance.

Since joining Stellar Bank in 2020, Kenneth has led multiple critical compliance units, initially directing the BSA/AML Alerts & Investigations teams. In 2024, he assumed leadership of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and OFAC teams, strengthening the bank’s control framework, testing discipline, and sanctions governance.

Prior to Stellar Bank, Kenneth spent eight years with JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he held a senior role within the Global Financial Crimes and Anti-Corruption Compliance (GFCAC) Testing organization. In this capacity, he led comprehensive evaluations of enterprise-wide controls related to SARs, CTRs, sanctions, and anti-corruption, contributing to enhanced global standards and risk management practices.

Earlier in his career, he served as the Anti-Money Laundering Manager at Woodforest National Bank, where he directed AML investigations, managed regulatory filings, oversaw sanctions screening processes, and coordinated law‑enforcement engagements.

Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Sam Houston State University. He resides in Kingwood, Texas with his wife and sons.

Jim Isajewicz is Data Science Manager with TRSS where he has worked since 2017. Prior to that, Jim was an Investigations Manager with the Florida Department of Health Investigative Services Unit (ISU), leading the Orlando field office. Jim started working on the Illicit Massage Industry as a Massage Establishment inspector with the ISU, where he saw first-hand the challenging conditions victims of massage-based sex trafficking endure. When he came to TRSS, he worked with a team to use that experience to create a novel approach to understanding IMI networks using data, empowering enforcement agencies with the ability to focus on the organized criminal enterprise, and not on the victim.
