Deb is a Vice President with JPMorgan Chase, AML Investigations Lead, and has been with Chase for 9 months. She has 13 years of direct AML experience in corporate compliance (Investigations, Detection, and KYC), as well as 7 years in the public sector as a law enforcement officer where she was assigned to a multi-jurisdictional narcotics task force investigating long term drug conspiracy cases with the Federal government. Deb previously owned her own women’s fitness franchise, and she is the current San Antonio Site Lead for JPMorgan Chase business resource group, Women on the Move Texas, which focuses on expanding women-run businesses, improving women’s financial health and empowering women’s career growth. Deb holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, as well as holds her CAMS, CFE, and CPM professional designations.

Kedar is the Co-founder and CEO of Fravity. Previously, he built Google’s global fraud management platform across Ads, Commerce, and Social products. He later co-founded Simility, an enterprise fraud platform adopted by leading global institutions. Kedar also served as Sr. Director of Fraud & Risk at PayPal. Today at Fravity, he is building the AI workforce for fraud, risk, and operations teams.

Jason Honeycutt is a Texas licensed attorney and a board certified criminal law specialist. He holds both the AML (CAMS) and Advanced AML (CAMS-Audit) Certifications issued by ACAMS. He is a former chair of two Texas Bar Association committees: Minimum Continuing Legal Education and Advertising Review.  He now serves on the Texas Lawyer’s Assistance Program Committee. His legal experience includes State prosecutor, Federal prosecutor (United States Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas), and as a private practitioner of law in civil litigation and criminal defense work. His trial experience as a State prosecutor ranges up to murder, including numerous white collar criminal matters and drug cases. His federal prosecutorial experience on the U.S.-Mexico border includes public corruption, drug trafficking, and money laundering. He was involved in thousands of criminal cases while acting as a prosecutor.  As an AML/BSA/OFAC Officer, Jason has implemented complete program overhauls of two financial institutions.  Jason’s AML programs have received a total of 3 FinCEN Awards.

Justin Johnson is the Senior Manager for Product Compliance (FinCrime) at Wise, where he leads regulatory analysis and FinCrime risk assessments for product launches, and drives compliance and process improvements for FinCrime operations. He previously served as the BSA Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for a payments platform, where he built a regulator-ready AML program and secured state licensing. Before that, he directed US AML Governance for CIBC and evaluated financial crime controls as a consultant at EY. His earlier career includes global investigations at HSBC, intelligence analysis for the CIA and Department of Defense, and service as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Shail is a Senior Manager responsible for the architecture and development of enterprise-grade Compliance Operations Platforms. He leads the design and implementation of end-to-end case management systems across KYC, Sanctions, AML Transaction Monitoring, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) workflows.

Shail is currently spearheading the development of Agentic AI solutions designed to optimize the operations end of AML lifecycle. His work focuses on automating the transition from initial alerts to case promotion by leveraging AI for comprehensive risk assessments, red-flag identification, and the generation of evidence-based summaries to support regulatory filings. He is passionate about driving measurable operational efficiency by applying emerging AI capabilities within the compliance platform.
