Registration for this event is now closed. Please email chapters@acams.org for information.
Overview
As global attention turns to the FIFA World Cup, the risk of human trafficking and exploitation around major international events increases.
Join the ACAMS Atlanta Chapter and leaders from law enforcement, financial institutions, the private sector, NGOs, and Atlanta host city stakeholders for a focused discussion on how to detect, disrupt, and prevent trafficking before, during, and after the World Cup.
The session will feature expert insights from Thomson Reuters Special Services, law enforcement, and financial institutions, lessons learned from major sporting events such as the Super Bowl, a real‑world investigation case study, and a panel discussion raise can heighten compliance-related risks.
Following the discussion, guests are invited to a networking reception that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing among professionals in the anti-financial crime community.
