ACAMS Virginias Chapter May 2026 Virtual Event: Debanking and Reputational Risk: Reframing for the Future

Natasha is the BSA Officer for Pendleton Community Bank (PCB).  She has over 8 years’ experience in the BSA/AML industry and a total of 19 years in community banking. She currently holds the CBAP (Certified BSA/AML Professional) certification with ICBA and is pursuing her CAMS certification in 2026. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking/baking, traveling and attending country music concerts. Fun fact: she grew up in the town where PCB’s headquarters is located.

Stephanie Painter is the BSA Manager & BSA Compliance Officer for DuPont Community Credit Union.

She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a member of the Greater Augusta Coalition against Adult Abuse (GACAAA). She is the organizer and co-founder of the Shenandoah Valley Bank Security Roundtable, a group consisting of over 100 financial institution and law enforcement professionals.

She graduated magna cum laude from Bridgewater College where she obtained a BA in Political Science. Prior to working at DuPont Community Credit Union, Stephanie held positions with Wells Fargo.
