Deanna Ladouceur is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) who has worked in the Money Service Business (MSB) and payments sector for over 20 years. Deanna’s area of expertise and passion includes the Retail Payments Activities Act (RPAA) and the associated regulations (RPAR). Her MSB and PSP industry involvement and experience in compliance and operations has been leveraged and integrated into assisting PSPs with developing their RPAA programs. The RPAA/RPAR combines two of Deanna’s fields of discipline, legislative compliance, and operational resilience.
