David is a seasoned and visionary leader in the financial crimes compliance space, with over 15 years of experience in BSA/AML/OFAC across community, midsize, and regional financial institutions. David has maintained his CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certification since June 2012 and his CFE (Certified Fraud examiner) certification since December 2025. He currently serves as the BSA/AML/OFAC Officer at Atlantic Community Bankers Bank (ACBB), an approximate $975 million asset-size financial institution. In his prior role, David oversaw an over $5 billion BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program, where his strategic leadership has driven exponential growth while maintaining a strong regulatory posture.

Ryan Nortz is a Special Agent with IRS–Criminal Investigation in Cleveland, OH. As a Special Agent with IRS-CI, Ryan conducts complex financial investigations that threaten the integrity of the U.S. tax system and financial sector which include tax, corruption, fraud, terrorism financing, money laundering, and narcotics-related financial crimes. He previously led AML/BSA programs at First Federal Lakewood and analyst teams at AML RightSource which conducted EDD/CDD reviews, high-risk onboarding, and SAR quality for regional and large institutions. Ryan holds an M.A. in Financial Integrity from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
