ACAMS Mid Tennessee Chapter April 2026 Virtual Event: Cornerstone Outreach Initiative

Kristen Rossi is a Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), bringing extensive experience in anti-money laundering and complex financial crime investigations. Prior to joining HSI, Kristen served as a lead investigator with U.S. Bank’s AML Law Enforcement Engagement Team, where she conducted highly sensitive investigations supporting national security and law enforcement initiatives. She has a strong background in identifying and mitigating money laundering risks, coordinating with law enforcement and financial institutions, and authoring risk management policies and procedures. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology-Criminology from Ohio University, with additional training in leadership and risk analysis.

Bryna Warnock is a senior leader in fraud, financial crime, and trafficking investigations, with over 20 years of experience in both field operations and program management. As a Special Agent and Program Manager for Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Nashville, she advises executive leadership and oversees complex initiatives targeting financial crime, exploitation, and transnational threats. Bryna has managed and executed major investigations involving money laundering, labor trafficking, and pandemic relief fraud, collaborating with law enforcement partners to recover assets and support successful prosecutions. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and is pursuing the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential. Bryna is recognized for her clear communication, practical approach, and ability to translate investigative findings into actionable strategies for enforcement and compliance.
