Rachelle has 30 years of experience in risk and compliance within financial services, policy, regulatory, and law enforcement sectors. She has held leadership roles at AUSTRAC and at the FATF. Rachelle focuses on building and delivering effective solutions to manage financial crime risk.

Kate Camilleri is a strategic implementation leader specialising in translating regulatory reform into operational systems and industry practice, with experience spanning financial services and the property sector.

She began her career in consulting, working on large-scale digital transformation and systems implementation programs before moving into industry, where she played a key role in the national rollout of Australia’s digital property settlement capability. In this role, she worked across banks, legal practitioners, regulators and industry bodies to operationalise legislative reform into a fully digital, multi-party transaction environment adopted at scale across the industry.

Over the past three years, Kate has been working at the forefront of AML/CTF Tranche 2 reform, focusing on how obligations apply in practice across property transactions and how AML can be embedded within the transaction itself. She brings a unique perspective on how identity, risk and transaction workflows intersect — and how financial crime risk emerges within property transactions — enabling AML to move beyond compliance and become an integrated part of the transaction.

Gavin Coles has had a 30 year career in identifying, investigating, and preventing financial crime risk, across Asia, Australasia, Europe, and the United States. He has worked for the National Criminal Intelligence Service and Cabinet Office in the UK, been an AML officer for Banks in four countries, and spent almost ten years in Private Banking for Citi at the international level overseeing the AML Program. He is proud to be part of the world-leading AML professional community in Australasia, where ability to move rapidly and try new approaches has resulted in ground breaking advancements in the fight against financial crime. He now consults to organisations across Australasia and elsewhere on financial crime and AML risk issues, providing practical advice to Boards and Executives.

Brien has a diverse career spanning Technology Operations, Banking, Enterprise Program Delivery and Financial Crime.  Brien recently contracted to a Big 4 Australian Bank where he established a new regime for managing the Financial Crime risks associated with new and existing customers in select ‘higher risk’ industries, which required a new KYC and ECDD approach.

Prior to that Brien worked in a Financial Crime consulting practice where he provided SME knowledge across a variety of engagements including AML Program uplifts, Independent Reviews, Cross Border payment reviews for AUSTRAC reporting entities across a variety of industry sectors.

Brien is the co-chair of the ACAMS Australasia Environmental Crimes Task Force and a member of the ACAMS Australasia Board. He holds an International Diploma of AML/CTF from the Manchester University and a Masters of AML/CTF from Charles Sturt University.

Brien lives with his family in Sydney.

Martin has consulted full-time as an AML/CFT specialist since 2012. He has assisted entities across every sector of capture through the provision of audit, consulting, and training services in New Zealand, Australia, Samoa, and Vanuatu. 

Prior to forming Martin Dilly AML, Martin commenced his career as a corporate solicitor at Russell McVeagh and held senior legal and compliance roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. – New Zealand and with Heartland Building Society as Head of Compliance. During his time with Heartland, Martin also acted as company secretary for NZSX-listed company, Heartland New Zealand Limited. Martin was also a director of AML Solutions where he was responsible for running the delivery team that assisted over 700 clients across every sector.

Martin is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and was the first person in Australasia to gain the CAMS Audit advanced certification. He has been internationally recognised by being appointed to the ACAMS teaching faculties for CAMS and CAMS-Audit.

Mr. Griffith is the Regional Director of Business Development, Australasia at ACAMS. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial-crime related industry, Nick has been actively engaged with the professionals from the public and private sectors, especially with his support of the ACAMS community as a result. 

Mr. Griffith previously held the position of Regional Sales Director, North Asia with Thomson Financial where his work centred on providing compliance solutions for the major financial institutions across the region. Mr. Griffith was the Asia Pacific founder of World-Check, a globally recognised and market leading AML/CTF and Sanctions compliance solution which today is part of Refinitiv and used by the 50 largest banks in the world as well as several thousand other regulated entities. 

As an independent consultant he worked to successfully help build both Fintech and RegTech businesses. Mr Griffith is highly client-centric and is passionate about providing the right solution to meet the Member’s specific needs. He attained a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Marketing from Kingston University, London.

Neil has a unique background in financial crime risk management, spanning over 20 years. This includes working within Law Enforcement investigating financial crime, including domestic and international fraud and money laundering, and also as a Financial Services Regulator, developing financial crime regulation and supervision techniques.

He has also worked at senior levels managing AML, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery compliance across Europe, the US, Latin America, Asia and Australia for four global Financial Institutions, including one of the major Australian banks.

Neil has also been a Director at a “big 4” Consultancy Firm, where he advised clients within financial services, and from the resources and charities/NGO sectors, in relation to AML/CTF, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery & Corruption matters.

Based in Australia, Neil runs his own consultancy practice which provides advice and assistance to financial services businesses and in relation to financial crime risk, controls and regulation, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF), Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) globally.

Jeremy Moller is a risk advisory lawyer based in Sydney. He has over 15 years' experience working in Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand as a lawyer specialising in anti-money laundering, international sanctions and export controls as well as foreign transparency and influence. Jeremy’s work includes leading, implementing and reviewing financial crime programs, such as conducting business wide risk assessments, as well as advising on litigation arising out of regulatory investigations and acting on Royal Commissions.

Jeremy recognises the importance of both improving customer experience and ensuring compliance. Having led an in-house risk and compliance function for an international law firm, he has a unique understanding of the synergies between both legal compliance and operational risk management. For this reason he has a particular interest in the launch of Australia’s new government led Digital ID and how this can benefit existing and new reporting entities with undertaking customer due diligence.

Jill Muir joined CA ANZ in January 2021. Jill represents members' interests in key policy areas including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, consumer data right, insolvency, and the digital ID ecosystem. Prior to joining CA ANZ, Jill was the Director of Advocacy with Australia’s Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman having focused her career on advocating for small businesses from within government.

Krish is a legal, compliance and risk professional with over 20 years of experience spanning law, financial services, and consulting. A practising solicitor, her career includes senior roles such as Special Counsel and Head of Compliance and MLRO at international banks. Krish is a Certified AML Specialist and Certified Global Sanctions Specialist, holding advanced compliance qualifications from ACAMS, ICA and Henley Business School. 

Crispin Yuen is an award-winning financial crime risk and compliance specialist with over 20 years' experience across AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud, governance and regulatory remediation. He is the Director of Custos Advisory, an independent financial crime risk advisory practice based in Sydney. His career spans financial institutions and professional services, including Deutsche Bank, ANZ Bank, Commonwealth Bank, AMP, Deloitte and Ernst & Young. 

Crispin has served on the ACAMS Australasian Chapter Board since 2007 as Communications Director. He is part of ACAMS' global teaching faculty and co-authored the study guides and exam questions for CAMS, CAMS-Audit and CGSS, most recently completing the 7th edition of the CAMS examination guide. The Australasian Chapter has received the ACAMS Chapter of the Year Award twice, in 2018 and 2024, the first and only chapter to have won this award twice. 

He is one of the few professionals in the Asia-Pacific region with direct experience remediating enforcement actions by both AUSTRAC and the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). At Ria Financial Services, he led the comprehensive remediation of an AUSTRAC enforcement action, including look-back reviews, program redesign and rebuilding of the AML/CTF and Sanctions framework, to the full satisfaction of AUSTRAC, resulting in the lifting of enforcement obligations. He authored compliance best practice standards for the Australian remittance industry that were reviewed and welcomed by the then AUSTRAC CEO. He was an AUSTRAC Approved External Auditor (2011 to 2019), prior to AUSTRAC changing its process for appointing external auditors. At ANZ Bank, while seconded from Deloitte, he was part of the team that remediated the bank's OFAC sanctions enforcement, contributing to a substantial reduction in OFAC's extraterritorial penalty. He also advised on Westpac's AML and financial crime remediation following AUSTRAC's record enforcement action. 

Crispin has contributed to financial crime policy and regulatory reform in Australia and internationally. He has twice appeared before the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Law Enforcement as an industry witness, for its Inquiry into Financial Related Crime (2014) and its Inquiry into the Capability of Law Enforcement to Respond to Money Laundering and Financial Crime (2025). He has made submissions to AUSTRAC and the Attorney-General's Department on AML/CTF legislation reviews and to the FATF on its revision of international standards. His work as an expert speaker to the United Nations Ad Hoc Committee on Cybercrime helped inform the adoption of the UN Convention against Cybercrime in 2024. He co-authored Intersections: Building Blocks of a Global Strategy Against Organized Crime (2024) as a member of the Global Organized Crime Steering Committee of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime, and is a VACI Expert at the Vancouver Anti-Corruption Institute. 

Crispin is the author of the book FATF Review of Standards, 2010 to 2011 and his articles have been published by LexisNexis and Thomson Reuters. His commentary has appeared in ABC News, South China Morning Post and BBC News. He teaches International Financial Crime to Master's degree students at the University of Sydney and Risk Management at Nanyang Polytechnic.
