Won Kyung Lee has been a member of the Financial Supervisory Service for 21+ years of experience in the Bank Supervision Department, Nonbank Supervision Department, Financial Consumer Protection Department, Macro-Prudential Supervision Department and Digital Finance Supervision Department etc.

Currently he is a Chief Compliance Officer at the Hanbitco Korea Co. In addition as the vice-president of the Korea Association for Anti-Money Laundering, he is making efforts to prevent Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.

He is recognized as an expert who combines theory and practice in the financial and economic data analysis, early warning system and crisis management in the financial industry.

이원경은 은행감독국, 비은행감독국, 금융소비자보호국, 거시감독국, 디지털금융감독국 등 금융감독원에서 21년 이상을 근무하였다. 현재 그는 한빗코코리아 준법감시인으로 근무하고 있으며, 또한 한국자금세탁방지학회 부회장으로서 자금세탁과 테러자금조달 방지를 위해 노력하고 있다.

그는 이론과 실무를 겸비한 금융과 경제 데이터 분석전문가, 금융산업 조기경보시스템과 위기관리 전문가로 인정받고 있다.

Jude Jung is an earnest Korean AFC expert for her extensive experience and knowledge in the field of anti-money laundering education, research, and writing.

As ACAMS' Korean SME and ACAMS' first all-weather hybrid employee who simultaneously conducts business, research, and instructing, she has contributed significantly to support AML practitioners and foster the domestic AML education market so far.

In 2021, she was appointed Director of the Korean AML Association (KaAML), which dedicates for the rights and interests of Korean AML professionals.

Jude is also actively participating in supporting AFC experts by giving lectures to AML practitioners across Korea at the Korea Banking Institute, financial institutions, and government agencies.

Since 2019, Ms. Jung has been continuously updated new events and issues in AML field as part of her on-the-job training, as per providing newsletters on domestic and international AML trends to more than 700 AML officers every week.

In addition to this, she is also working as a columnist to deliver compliance trends and share recommendations for the current issues through the news media, playing a role in bridging communication for both across the public and private sectors, and domestic and abroad regions.

정혜수 전문위원은은 자금세탁방지 및 금융범죄예방의 교육, 연구 및 저술 분야에서 폭넓은 경험과 지식을 갖춘 한국의 AFC 전문가입니다.

정 위원은 ACAMS의 한국 SME이자 ACAMS 최초의 하이브리드로서 비즈니스와 연구, 교육을 동시에 수행하고 있습니다. 한국금융연수원, 금융기관, 정부기관 등 다양한 부문에서 한국의 AML 담당자를 대상으로 강의를 진행하는 등 AFC 전문가 지원에도 적극 참여하고 있습니다.

또한 2019년부터 매주 700명 이상의 AML 전문가에게 국내외 AML 동향에 대한 뉴스레터를 제공하여 실무 교육을 강의 이후에도 연장하여 지속하고 있습니다.

2021년에는 한국 AML 전문가의 권익을 위해 헌신하는 한국 AML 협회(KaAML)의 이사로 임명되어 관련한 세미나, 토론에도 기여하고 있습니다.

이 외에도 언론매체를 통해 컴플라이언스 트렌드를 전달하고 현안에 대한 제언을 공유하는 칼럼니스트로 활동하며 민관, 국내외 지역 간 소통의 가교 역할을 하고 있습니다.

아울러 국내외 지역 간 협력 역할의 일환으로 Jude는 Korea Chapter의 이사로도 참여하는 등 정혜수 전문위원은 금융범죄를 예방하기 위해 다양한 영역에서 폭넓게 활동하고 있습니다.

Ju Yop (Justin) Ham is the Global Operations Team Lead at the Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK), where he oversees IBK’s overseas branches and representative offices and supports the bank’s international business strategy and cross-border operations.

Prior to this role, Mr. Ham served as an AML Compliance Officer where he oversaw the design and implementation of AML and sanctions compliance programs for IBK’s overseas operations and subsidiaries. In addition, Mr. Ham also served as the Deputy Compliance Officer/Regulatory Liaison at IBK’s New York operation, where he led U.S. enforcement actions and other audit/validation related remediation projects. He also contributed to the advancement of the AML profession as a reviewer for the Korean CGSS Certification Program.

Mr. Ham holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Laws degree from University of Connecticut School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University West Lafayette. He also holds numerous professional licenses and certifications including: District of Columbia Bar, CAMS-AUDIT, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

IBK기업은행 준법지원부와 자금세탁방지부에서 국외 자금세탁방지 업무체계의 설계 및 이행 관련 실무 전반을 담당한 경험이 있으며, 뉴욕지점의 Deputy Compliance Officer로 재직하며 자금세탁방지 관련 업무개선, 감사수검 등 미국 정부기관 제재이행 업무를 전담함. 현재 IBK기업은행 글로벌영업지원부에서 해외지점 및 사무소의 운영을 총괄하고 있음. 

미국 일리노이대학교에서 경영학석사(MBA) 학위를 취득하였으며, 코네티컷법학전문대학원에서 법학석사(LLM) 학위를, 퍼듀대학교에서 학사학위를 취득함. 이외 미국변호사(D.C.), CAMS-AUDIT, 국제공인내부감사사(CIA), 국제공인정보시스템감사사(CISA), 프로젝트 관리 전문가(PMP) 등의 전문 자격을 보유하고 있음.
