Megan Nelson is the Executive Vice President, Financial Crimes Strategy & Governance for Truist. Megan is responsible for managing the governance, program framework, and risk identification components of a comprehensive Financial Crimes (FC) program; inclusive of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory compliance and Enterprise Fraud Management (EFM). This includes Company-wide anti-money laundering, sanctions risk assessments, customer risk rating, know your customer standards, identify theft red flags assessments, and testing/monitoring processes related to AML and fraud. Prior to joining Truist, Megan was the Vice President over the Global Financial Crimes Compliance Risk Management Office for American Express.

Andy Cohen is the Enterprise Financial Crimes Compliance Program and Policy Manager at U.S. Bank. With over 15 years of experience in financial crimes, Andy is responsible for managing the drafting and implementation of Enterprise Financial Crimes policies, as well as the review and tracking of regulatory changes related to financial crimes. Prior to joining U.S. Bank in 2016 as a Financial Crimes Risk Manager, Andy held roles at both BDO Consulting and Citibank.

Taylor Grant is the Director – Enterprise AML Program Management at Ally Bank, where her primary roles and responsibilities include: oversight of the Auto and Insurance business lines; management of the Enterprise ACAMS Membership; management of all AML/OFAC-related Audits, Exams, & Testing; responsible for the management of committee reporting and reviewer of applicable business line Risk Assessments. Taylor has been with Ally for 8+ years. She started as a Senior Auditor within the Risk & Compliance Audit group before moving to AML Investigations. Prior to joining Ally, Taylor was a Consultant at Protiviti in Charlotte, NC, where she began her career contributing to various AML-related projects.

Eric Ellis is the Head of Financial Crimes Risk Management at Fifth Third Bank and has been with the organization since December 2025.

In this role, Eric oversees the Financial Crimes (FC) Risk Management framework, leading a team responsible for the enterprise-wide FC risk assessment processes, first-line advisory and oversight, Customer Due-Diligence policy and standards, and partnering with senior leadership to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Fifth Third, Eric was the Director for Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) Policy at the Officer of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), responsible for developing anti-financial crimes policy, leading the agency’s BSA/AML policy staff, and representing the agency in key domestic and international bodies—including the BSA Advisory Group, the Financial Action Task Force, the Wolfsberg Group, and Basel’s AML Experts Group.  Prior to this role, he served as a BSA/AML Policy Specialist, focusing on implementation of the AML Act of 2020, and as a BSA/AML Examiner in the OCC’s Large Bank Supervision Division, supervising some of the nation’s largest financial institutions.

Before joining the OCC in 2016, Eric held several BSA/AML-related roles in the private sector. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Law from Suffolk University, Sawyer Business School in Boston, MA.
